Instructions regarding moving out
We will introduce instruction of moving out from the apartment or mansion here.
Step 0: Informing about moving out
Depending on the contract, extra rent may be applied unless you inform the management company regarding your moving out one month to two months before moving out.
Be sure to let the evacuation leave contact.
Step 1: Room cleaning
When you start renting a room, it should have been very clean and without garbage. After you left the room, the next tenant will also live in that room, so even for that tenant, it is good to keep your as clean as possible! I will give you a rough place to clean.

· Where other stains are conspicuous
In addition to cleaning, if you have opened any holes in the wall or scratched the floor, etc., it might be a good idea to use a dedicated repair agent, etc. and fix it as good as possible. This involves how much the security deposit paid before moving in will be refunded back to you. So let's make it without having any troubles for yourself.
Step 2: The final room check by the landlord
It is very rude to just leave the room without telling the landlord by saying that cleaning is over. Let 's let the landlord know, if you have finished preparing for moving out.
Step 3: Returning the keys
The cleaning was over and the final check by the landlord has ended! Wait a second! The lease contract lasts until the moment of returning the key to the landlord. Let's return the key of the room to the owner and leave the room!
It has not ended by just saying goodbye in Japan. Let's follow the instructions of moving out and keep in mind to use the room carefully.
